I have always been familiar with Celiac and the Gluten-Free World because of my mom. She was diagnosed with Celiac in her early teens. Just this year my 4-year-old daughter was diagnosed. My daughter has very few symptoms but Celiac Disease can be a quiet trouble maker. Slowly wearing away at the important parts of your digestive system until big problems may arise.
